Good Question! It's actually quite easy and there are two ways:
You can simply highlight the article's address
(in the "Address" window), copy it and paste it into your
email. The recipient will either be able to click on the address in
his or her mail or by copying it into his or her Web browser's address
window.
You can send the page directly from your browser.
In either Netscape or Internet Explorer click on the "File"
menu.
In Netscape, simply click on "Send page" and fill in the recipient's
email address when the email window pops up.
In Internet Explorer, click on "Send" and then "Page
via email" and fill in the recipient's email address.
